FINDS initiated, organised and delivered a wide range of practical food & drink skills courses for the Highlands & Islands food and drink industry.

FINDS is a Royal Environmental Health Institute of Scotland (REHIS) registered centre; Introduction and Elementary Food Hygiene courses are offered.



Hazel was the first UK approved, and is the only current SALSA HACCP trainer in Scotland, offering Level 1 HACCP Awareness for Production, and Level 2 Practical HACCP Understanding. These are practical, interactive and entirely aimed at the needs of smaller businesses, leaving you able to write, implement and maintain your own system.

Successful delegates on either course will gain a nationally recognised food industry qualification accredited by the IFST.
